Take a private safari to the best of all the east African national parks. The tour starts in Nairobi and ends in Arusha, then extended back to Nairobi for your international flight. Along the way you’ll have countless adventures in your own animal tracking vehicle, traveling the wild African savanna in search of big game. Day 1: Arrival Day in Nairobi
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport late evening, you will be welcomed by us and our representative, and we will both assist you to transfer to your hotel at Sarova Stanley Hotel in Nairobi for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Nairobi City – Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast you will drive to the Lake Nakuru National park. On the way, you will stop for 2hrs to 3hrs at Lake Naivasha for sightseeing & photography then after lunch at Nakuru you will go on for an afternoon game drive in the park, a shallow soda lake, which inhabits more than a million flamingoes.

The Lake Nakuru National Park also has a Rhino sanctuary, and other animals to be seen here are lion, buffalo, waterbuck, hippo and warthog. Driving distance from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park is about 2.5 hours

Day 3: Lake Nakuru – Nairobi – Masai Mara Game Reserve
After your early morning breakfast from Loisaba Conservancy, you will drop off at Loisaba Airstrip to Wilson Airport in Nairobi. Upon arrival, your driver guide will meet you and pick you up to start your drive on 4 x 4 land cruiser to Masai Mara Game Reserve. Upon arrival in Masai Mara, you will game en-route to your lodge. You might stop on the way for a hot lunch or simply take your picnic lunch on the way.
After lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive in the game reserve, which is Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. The famous Masai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve. Driving distance from Lake Nakuru to Nairobi then Masai Mara is about 5 – 6 hours.

Day 4: Masai Mara Game Reserve – full day Game drive
after breakfast at your lodge, depart for a full day game drive at Masai Mara National park. You will take a picnic lunch in the bush and have the opportunity to see the ‘Big Five’ and any wildlife you may not have spotted on your first game drives.
There is an optional hot-air balloon safari (not included in the package cost), which will take place in the morning, just as the sun rises. You’ll float in whichever direction the morning winds take you. Your pilot can precisely control the altitude of your balloon; at times he will ascend to 1000′ or more to see the enormity and wonderful panorama of the Masai Mara. After the landing you celebrate with champagne and a full English breakfast prepared and served in the bush in ‘Out of Africa’ style. After breakfast you receive your Masai Mara balloon certificate and drive back to your lodge or proceed with your day’s activities and game drives around the Masai Mara.
2nd dinner and overnight at Sarova Mara Camp all meals included (O/B/L/D)
Day 5: Masai Mara – Isebania border – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast you start on your way to Serengeti National Park. En route you will see grazing zebras, antelopes and giraffes and sometimes some buffalos hiding in the bush.
The South Serengeti ecosystem belongs partly to the Serengeti National park and partly to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Depending on the time of year and the migration of the herds you can expect to see wildebeest, lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, antelopes and many birds and other species. After the game drive, you enter the Serengeti National park and drive to your tented camp for dinner and overnight at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge all meals included (O/B/L/D)
Day 6: Full days game drive in Serengeti (Wildebeest Migration)
Endless Plains of the Serengeti
Early start today; for an early morning game drive to see also nocturnal predators returning from hunting and animals waking up in early morning light. You can take breakfast boxes with you and have a bush breakfast when the sun is up before you visit the interesting documentation center about Serengeti at Seronera. Return to your lodge for a relaxed lunch under the shade of an old acacia tree.

Day 7: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast you will depart Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater, after arrival you will descend into the crater for a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunch) inside the Ngorongoro Crater on World Heritage Site holding a permanent population of more than 30 000 animals.
As only very few of those migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. The Crater is also home to the rare black rhino almost extinct in Tanzania. With a bit of luck you will see the ‘Big Five’ during one game drive.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast from Ngorongoro Crater, with packed lunch boxes, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, Tanzania’s third largest national park and sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population.
Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area.
There is a great diversity of wildlife including lion, leopard, and cheetah, up to six thousand elephant.
After having done with your game drive, it will be time to drive outside the park to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Tarangire Sopa Lodge all meals included (O/B/L/D).
Day 9: Tarangire – Arusha National Park
After breakfast from Tarangire National Park, you will drive to Arusha National Park via Arusha town, once the site of the action packed Hollywood movie Hatari starring John Wayne and Hardy Kruger
You pass by herds of zebra, buffalo, and giraffe on the savannah. Enjoy a picnic lunch at Momella Lake, famous for huge flocks of colorful flamingos and its views at majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro. You continue in the afternoon with a game drive around the different habitats in this truly beautiful national park.
There are black and white colobus monkeys (unique to this location northern Tanzania), Sykes’s and vervet monkeys, shy forest duikers, elusive leopards and substantial herds of antelope.
If you wish, you can hike at the slopes of Mt Meru in dense forest or at the Crater rim while an armed ranger escorts you to protect you from some of the larger animals.
